A: FITKANG currently offers Mini single-zone, full-size 2-zone, 3-zone and Large models. Different product platforms can also include natural stones, Photon Light, PEMF and other optional configurations.

A: The number of zones indicates how many heating areas can be controlled independently. A 2-zone model provides a simpler configuration, while a 3 zone sauna dome allows more precise zoned temperature control for mid-range and premium product lines.

A: The main full-size models measure approximately 180 × 80 × 45 cm, while Large models measure approximately 180 × 90 × 55 cm. Mini models measure approximately 50 × 43 × 66 cm. Final dimensions should be confirmed against the specification sheet for each model.

A: The controller displays the set or monitored temperature of the heating system. It does not mean the air inside the dome will reach the same temperature. The actual experience also depends on room temperature, session duration and body position.

A: Not necessarily. For selected full-size models, the dome can have a setting range of 25–90°C, while the heating mat can have a range of 25–80°C. Temperature ranges vary by model and should be confirmed in the relevant specifications.

A: These natural stones create different material configurations and product tiers. The type, quantity and placement of the stones also affect the product structure, weight, appearance and cost.

A: No. Far infrared is generated by the internal heating system, while Photon Light is an additional light-source module. Both can be integrated into one full body infrared sauna dome, but they remain separate components.

A: No. PEMF is available only on selected multifunctional models, such as the S-108. Essential models and natural-stone models do not include PEMF as a standard feature.

A: A Large commercial infrared sauna dome provides greater internal width and height. It is suitable for premium product lines and professional settings where internal space and a higher-level configuration are important.

A: A Mini model has a more compact structure and is designed for localized use or smaller spaces. Full-size models emphasize lying-down, full-body coverage and multiple independently controlled heating zones.

A: Disconnect the power and allow the product to cool after use. Wipe the mat, PU surface and other body-contact areas, then keep them dry. Do not wash or immerse the product directly in water. Always follow the instructions provided for the specific model.
